Building on client relationships across Asia, DVSI has delivered its first fully integrated workplace and customer experience centre for a global professional services organization.
Client Brief
A global professional services client in Thailand set out to create a modern, collaborative and interactive space in their new BPO Production Floor in Bangkok. The aim was to enable smarter client engagement, dynamic group training and seamless team collaboration, all within an environment inspired by Thai culture.

Town hall presentation setup with motorized projection, podium, and integrated content sharing
Backend Conversar management platform for remote support and system management
