With over 200 new candidates a day regularly passing through their facilities, Accenture asked DVSI to create a flexible tool to help them manage their complex recruitment processes. The system is able to invite candidates, provide authenticated on-site access and queue management. It delivers a full digital workflow for the various recruitment tests undertaken and significantly increases their people handling efficiency.

The Recruitment Application manages 6 country-wide individual recruitment centres from a central Content Management System. It is accessed by managers for interview both face-to-face and remotely.

DVSI developed and delivered the system, deployed it on the company’s internal network and provides day-to-day management and support 24/7. It is part of our Conversar Workflow Management Platform and combines seamlessly with our digital signage, room booking and other experience centre applications.
