With a sophisticated set of products and a highly distributed pan-India workforce, leading Indian financial services provider Bajaj Finserv has created a world-class digital hub for high impact sales training, effective team building and engaging corporate storytelling.
Bajaj partnered with DVSI to design and build this next generation workspace. A 40,000 sq. ft. briefing and experience centre; that brings partners, clients and employees together in a setting that truly reflects the company’s forward-thinking, innovative style.
The Briefing Centre
Working closely with the Bajaj team, DVSI created a connected workspace comprising a series of distinct experience zones.
Each area shaped around the visitor journey and the type of collaboration needed:
Welcome Zone
A dedicated arrival area with digital guides and registration. Creating a smooth and professional first impression.
Customer Experience Tunnel
An immersive walkthrough that introduces Bajaj’s story and vision in a visually stunning and engaging way.
Themed Zones
Areas covering specific topics like Customer Experience, Cybersecurity, and Data Science - for tailored discussions, product demonstrations and interactive content.
Collaboration Spaces
Meeting rooms and discussion areas for both formal and informal sessions. Each space is equipped for presentations, content sharing, and hybrid meetings.
Stage and Lounge
A flexible area for larger gatherings, leadership briefings and townhalls. Designed to support a wide range of formats and presentation styles.
Partner and Brand Displays
Spaces for technology partners and co-branded solutions - incorporating stakeholders from across Bajaj’s extended ecosystem.
Outcome & Impact
The DEX Centre has quickly become central to how Bajaj Finserv connects with clients, teams and partners. It is in constant use for events, showcases and team sessions.
